I don't know exactly what you were intending to test.
However I found both your previous posting of the poem by В. Женченко
and this one to be apparently properly rendered and readable Ukrainian.
i.e. I see no mangling of characters.
I am enclosing below the full raw contents of your posting as it arrived
at my computer.
I notice that you appear to be posting from an APPLE Macintosh, through
Google . Is it that your ISPs news service doesn't accept things posted
in utf-8 encoding? But this, going through Google, wouldn't test that.

How do you accomplish making the Subject: come through encoded in utf-8?
I use Sea-Monkey as my Mail/News client, and it's also a Mozilla derivative,
But I can't get it to accept the magic cookies that control the encoding
of the Subject: ???

P.s. I wrote this in English so as to minimize and possible encoding
problems. It should still be designated as being in utf-8 in the header
lines.
