S-C-U at Google Groups question?

Are the "Discussion Groups" moderated at Google Groups?
Because in the "Description" about "S-C-U"
it say's this:
The lives and times of the Ukrainian people.
Its almost funny because I seen only couple or so post that mention any
reference's or say anything about Ukrainian's or Ukraine.

And the rest of the post were: some old stuff plenty personal attacks,
and many of foul- bitter- cruel language. As you can read the post's
here that so many of them don't concern Ukrainian's at all. What kind of
people are they that insist and post, year in and year out.

Are they unhappy with their lifes and by posting things like these it
makes them happy that they know how to upset others or its the only way
they know how to show their intelligents at wrong place and at the wrong
time.
