tursu olmasi ya da bozulmasi Allah'in emirleri sonucudur. Ama Allah

mudaha edebilir, bu onun Emrine Galip olma sifatindandir.

Lahana Tur$usu, the real one.
Cut cabbage into big chunks, add a few chunks of red-cabbage to give
that nice colour to the tur$u. Wash and pack them in a glass jar or
plastic
container. Fill the container with water to measure how much water
you
will need to boil. Boil enough water, leave it to cool 7 minutes than
add 5-20 % vinegar according to your taste and 3 level table
spoonful of rock salt per litre and mix. Add a few chick-peas
(nohut),
cloves (karanfil), garlic cloves and whole chillies (if you don't
have
chillies you may add chilli powder to the water) to the container.
Also add some dill, cumin and mustard seeds to the container. Pour
the
mixture of water and vinegar into the container while it is still
quite
warm. Leave it for a few minutes to settle down. Add more water and
vinegar mixture to top it up. Say "Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim" and
close tightly and leave in a warm dark place for three weeks. Don't
get tempted by Satan to open it before three weeks. And once open it,
consume it in a week. Never keep Tur$u in the fridge, because that
kills
all the good-germs which enrich the taste of Tur$u.
In$a-Allah this is going to be a tasteful Tur$u if you try it folks,
and I expect your hayir-duas in return to this recipe.
