The fifth day of the seven dangerous New Year holidays saw 41 people
killed and 460 others injured, bringing the cumulative casualty count

told a press conference at the road accident monitoring centre that
421 accidents were reported on Saturday, the fifth day of the
monitoring period.

fewer, and a reduction to 349 deaths and 3,902 injured, or less.
