For now I just send abuses to providers and platform used to post
(googlegroup). If the matter will still occur in 8 days, I will go to the
police station and I know the laws and how to do it.

This is going to stop, it is not a game anymore, and the sooner will be the
better.

Moderation is something different, a one more layer destinated to make
respect the chart and to struggle polution like advertisement, flood, and
out of subjects messages when a group is not readable anymore. This is not
the case here. What we are talking about today is about law prosecution, and
possibly arguing of damages and interests penalties. And it is something
quite serious.
