I can post on usenet, using Google.
OK, I login to google.com, not .co.th but I'm sending this from
Thailand, and have sent to a few other google groups too

Now, two minutes later, went onto google.co.th, logged in, onto this
NG and sent this....

As I understand it, Google Thailand, Google Singapore or Google
<anywhere> are all physically located in and managed from the US. The
only difference between them is localization/languages used for the
different products.

It shouldn't make any difference which system you access whether a
post will be accepted or not.

I just posted the above through google.com.th with no problems. when I
tried to post an identical follow on message using Usenet, through
aioe.cjb.net I get the error message: 441 Banned List. Anybody have
any thoughts on that?

Banned by who? Usenet? The mail program? Thailand?

But first try to post via aioe using a *different* body of text than the one
that was first rejected--aioe filters duplicate postings.
