Colin Powell should have retired after the first Iraq war, when his
image was good. When he entered politics he was outmaneuvered by
Cheney and Rumsfeld, and he made a fool of himself presenting
"evidence" for Saddam's weapons of mass destruction at the United
Nations. He earned a place in the history books for that one.
