ah yes, always the ad hominem attacks from this Johnny one-note 'know-it-all'

Yeah, like some of the women and kids who were gunned down were probably armed to the teeth.
I see. Your proof that there were unarmed women and kids killed by the police is .........
we could start with a non-exhaustive article by one of those pesky (to you) human rights org. people
http://www.article2.org/mainfile.php/0203/84/#b9
. . there's plenty more available, not that anything less than VDOs of the carnage would convince you, of course . .

While if you had the intelligence of even a cabbage, you'd realize that the
only two ways to quell drug trafficking are either to eliminate the demand
or decriminalize the drugs--there's just entirely too much money to be made
as it stands.
Wrong completely. Look at Prohibition. The US legalized alcohol to end the problem. Problem fixed, right? Wrong!! The number of deaths due to alcohol in the US is an order of magnitude greater than the number that were killed during Prohibition.
Righto, you demand others provide proof while providing NONE. Typical.

Make sure to attack the souce now, since it's unlikely you'll provide arguments to the FACTS or even FACTS rather than more of your own hot air !
So while the illegal trafficking ended, it ended simply because it became legal. But the amount of
trafficking dramatically increased. The number of people killed by traffickers was reduced but the number of people killed and the level
of violence caused by alcohol dramatically increased.
Something that happened DURING prohibition.
But you Left Loons always see "Legalization" as the solution.
Something in your ever-ready-to-insult excuse for a 'mind' conveniently left out the full of my words?

1: Even in as repressive a rule-by-hard-law society as North Korea or current-day Iran there are drug addicts and thus drug traffickers.
2: TREATMENT made available to drug addicts REDUCES the demand, while cutting the throat of drug syndicate profits by controlled dispensing quells the violence of turf wars, inter-gang heists, and besides dramatically reducing the incidence of petty and not-so-petty crimes by drug users, ALSO reduces the incidence of drug-related diseases that spread well beyond actual users.
SO much easier to just call me a 'left loon' than deal with the facts--but that's you, as usual.
You can say what you want about what happened in Thailand. But if actually knew any Thai people they would tell you that both the demand and the trafficking in ya ba went down *DRAMATICALLY* in Thailand.
Yah, by declaration, no doubt.
Got some proof, for once?

Try talking to Thai in actual conversations.
I see. You do a lot of that in New Jersey, do you?
Yah, it's amazing how telephony and instant messaging connects continents.
I talk to Thai people in Thailand every day. They hold a different opinion than the view from New Jersey.
Couldn't be that your know-it-all excuse for a personality only hears what it wants to hear, or that Thai holding different opinions would rather spare themselves the headache of sharing opinions with you?
Naah, it's already well known that your know-it-all self speaks for all of Thailand.
That's a pretty Urbane opinion you have.
Once again, as you've accused in the past; the taste for libeling is ever in your filthy mouth
