bangkok airways discovery airpass

Hi

My brother and I will travel from chiangmai to luang prabang then to bangkok
then to phuket and return to bangkok in october. I have seen information
about the bangkok airways discovery airpass that is about $55 per journey.
Has anyone booked this before and how did you book it - the bangkok airways
website is non-informative.
