Pressure in propane cooking stoves in Thailand?

I know, it is not the correct group to ask that stuff, but I haven´t found anything better on the newsserver...

With which pressure operate the regular propane stoves used in Thailand to prepare food? I have taken one with me to Europe for cooking in the garden. I operate it with a pressure reducing valve which gives 50 mbar to the stove. The flame does not to be as strong an bright as I used to see in Thailand, maybe the pressure should be higher?
