Khun Noi khrab  IMHO  หมอประสาทวิทยา "Mor prasaat withayaa"  is the
correct full description as Nick says sometimes called,  Mor Prasaat
"Crazy doctor" :-))

หมอ(mor) or นัก(nak)? I think you can use both.
