Having a problem send Thai to this ng.
Using Outlook Express, the default encoding is set to Thai.
I can send and receive emails in Thai, but if I try to send to this ng, I
can only read it as question marks.
For example if I switch to thai and type ä·Â (the word Thai) it appears as
??? when I read it, but it OK when writing.
Baffled as to why emails are OK but not stuff to ng.
Any help please?
