He is an invalid man, who has to spend his pittyful live in a wheelchair,
never have been with a woman (no woman would want to give sex to an ugly
*** in a wheelchair like him) and cannot leave the rat infested place
he live in as he is dependant on others to move his wheelchair.

Nobody comes ever to do that.
