I believe HM just warned PM Thaksin that he has been too busy to manage
the benefit of the business involving with energy (oil and electricity),
which has been criticised a lot. People believe PM share this benefit
within his men/women. HM warned that these energy even might not last
longer than 40 years from now, there is no point (for the whole country)
to invest in this things.
