Best Thai Massage

I was planning on visiting Thailand some time or other, was planning on
definitely going to ChiangMai, but thought I might buy a motorcycle while
there and do some touring of the country.
Can anyone recommend the best place for Thai massage or an expert on back
problems. I have a long term back problem and was hoping there might be
some good alternative therapy in Thailand (acupressure/puncture or massage
or herbal) that might help.
Anyone got any views on places I must visit while in the country?
Also any views on best Muay Thai master who will train farangs?
.
