Debtors prison

A score of year ago Thai debtors were placed into prison for unpaid debts.
At that time the incarcerated debtor was relieved of 70 baht a day from his
overall debts. I haven't heard talk of this for some years now. Does
Thailand now have personal bankruptcy relief ?
