I agree. But "it's the thought that counts", as they say. The idea that
Bangladesh would offer a tiny amount of money, which we would politely
decline, is a courtesy that would be expected given the amount of money
that had flowed the other direction.

As I said in a different post, the offers that came from France and
Russia were among the better offers, IMO.
