Alcohol and it's abuse have much to answer for Carlos. In Australia
it's estimated that one bed in four in hospitals is occupied by someone
with either alcohol or tobacco related problems. WHO statistics show
that Australia is 23rd on the list of countries with the most alcohol
consumption What must it be lke in the other countries.
