Endemic or epidemic?

Whilst we are considering actions to mitigate HFMD back from epidemic
to endemic levels, can we have a Newater holiday? Since we are going
to be doing lots and lots of disinfection, there's going to be a lot
of 'stuff' in the water. Anything that can be sprayed onto toys, is
likely to be able to got through the RO membrane. In other words, we
don't want to be drinking too much of that. So, a request for a
Newater holiday period.
But the alternative is 'baldeagle meditation'. OK, OK, we know what we
have to do.
