Yes. But those government appointed "elites" responsible for this screwed up
had already gotten their big fat multi-months $$bonuses. In the event that
wrong DNA submitted, innocent victims of Singapore style "Pao Chin Tien"
judges might have passed down death sentences on "criminals" and some would
have already carried by the "jolly hang man" in the Changi Prison Hotel.
