There are huge abundance of rare earth element all over Indonesia  and
with the right geotech equipment, it is not hard to locate them.

If Indonesian can farm sulfur from volcano from their back, digging up
rare earth element should be a walk in the park.

As usual, they just lack the equipment, training and technology.

Even if mining of this material is feasible, the ywill not give it to
Singapore but to the american companies which have the expertise of
mining and the sustainable money supply to mine htem and to oil their
pocket too.
