Nowadays, buying new HDB flat can make money or not?

I think those days of buying a HDB flat and staying there for 10
years....you reap a tidy sum from selling it.......does that apply
nowadays?

I think not la......why?

Simple reason is......This sin govt is too smart la....same goes with
HDB...their 'cash cow'.

First...they con you with high prices......then after staying 10
yrs...they con you from thos high interest.......

Well sometime its good to have a 'too smart' govt......but sometimes
its skin you alive........cos, govt eat meat you rubbish people eat
bone......LOL.....LOL....
