There seems to be a shortage of shipping containers around the world and I

But it seem those at the top of Singapore biotech or University research is
not keen to look into it.

They consider this a private sector project.

Do you think it can be done in Singapore ?

Metal material is still the best choice. This is because it has the
strength to support the weight other containers that stacked on top
it.

If plastic is used to make container it would have been used many
years ago where the plastic material resin is cheap. Now the plastic
material resin cost is high as it is made from residues of oil.

Fabrication is the only way to speed up the manufacutring of it to
meet the demand. It is easier to recycle the metal pieces by cutting
up and melting in the steel furnace than recycling the plastic which
for container use, the plastic used in will normally non-
biogradaeble.

This is bacause bio-degradeable will not help as the hugh plastic
container still has to be cut up to small piece and shredded down
resin sizes before it can then be re-melted and re-mixes them with
other arrays of adhesive resin mixes in a melting furnace in order to
reproduce them into plastic resin material for sale again.

The cost of plastic reproduction of plastic is much higher than steel.
The plastic gases that expelled from the furnace to the atmosphere,
even if filtered and detoxed, is more toxic than steel.

If you have orders to buy more containers, then I will amke for you if
there is large quantity order required for it.

It can be manufactured and fabricated easily, as normal steel sheet
material can be easily rooled into corrugated shapes to give the
structural stacking strength for the walls on all sides of the box-
shaped shipping container.
