Dr Goh Keng Swee is the architect of China economic success

and Singapore. Walk thru their new housing estates and u got the feeling
that u r walking thru Ang Mo Kio or any Singapore public housing estate. The
development of their tourist industry, the attraction of foreign mns, the
industrial parks and the administrative services are bear the hallmarks of
Dr. Goh's imprints. This is hardly surprising as Dr Goh was China Chief
Economic Adviser for many years in the early days of China's economic
development. Dr. Goh was paid $500,000, a huge amount during those days -
