Where has all the proceeds from sale of land gone to ?

Singaporeans must now ask the men in mourning, where
has all the money from the sale of land to the public and
the transfer of land to HDB for housing gone to.
Obviously the amount is in hundreds of $billions.
In 2007 alone the sale of land to for private projects was
over $10 billion. Where has this money gone to ?
How much money has the HDB transfer to the state for
the land they used for housing we can only guess.
