The tenure of Minster posts should be refreshed every 3 years so that
fresh ideas and corrective action plans could be ministered and

By this way, the blind spots of those decisions hardened by ministers
who sat on their jobs for many years or years after years could then
be reviewed and corrected after 3 years of service.

By this way, it will help in improving the "productiveity" of
ministers who have been sitting on their jobs for so many years that
it is common sense to know that the mind gets dulled by the longevity
of the job. It naturally leads to complacency, boastfuness and
becoming lazy and a bull shitter.

By this way, new ministers taking over them of their posts willl have
the fresh of time to make correction fast on policies that had been
dug in for many years. They also have time to refine the policy before
it becomes worse or hardened that will not serve the needs of society
or meeting the changing needs from the people.

Having new change of ministers at every 3 years allows freash ideas,
prevent la before it became "hardened" case that becomes hard to
review and eliminated merely because of the "courtesy" of "respects"
and "praises" that were hyped on him for being "magnificant" leaders.

As this is Singapore and not North Korea, there is not need to have
minsters who sat on the same jobs for years without changing it. It's
time to make a change.

This will not be acceptable to all Sinkees. Ministers should be
appointed for life so that they can have continueity in their work
which is very important for stability without which all investors will
run away and our sisters will have to become maids in Malaysia
