If the High Court is not fit to hear the appeal of Yong Viu
Kong, why did the AG allowed the court to proceed ?
Why only after the court has made a decision to grant a
stay of execution, did the AG come out and said that the
High Court has no jurisdiction over this case.
This is certainly very strange.
Is the AG twisting the law to his own benefit ?
This Walter Woon is suspect. He is turning out to be in the
mold of Yong Pung How, the much hated ex-Chief Justice.
BTW he got his position because of his connections with
LKY. He helped LKY in his early Cambridge days. To
appoint someone who has not be practicing law for a long
time as CJ is indeed a very strange act.
