For Singapore, the speed of impact will be fast and severe than any
other countries in Asia except Taiwan.

For Signapore, it will be a matter of 6 to 12 month's time that
Singaporeans will be sulking away from "underwater" homes.

They will run out of savings as there is no jobs and there is no
sustainable good payable paying jobs to pay for current mortage of it.
Eventually it they have to succumb to underwater like them.

It will be a surprise if the MIWs is thinking that it will not have
such problem here yet.  Generally speaking,  it is a matter of time
savings of 6 to 12 months will be exhausted by the payment of
mortgages on tteir homes.

A pre-empt solution should have been implemented by now to finance
their mortgage payments before their hard savings is run out, emptied,
and exhausted.

This solution should be introduced by now, and it should have been
automatically deployed and instituted to anyone who has a home loan.

This is so that their stressed test on payments of their housing loan
is relieved out early and by taken over before they succumb into a
stressed situations from their loss-of-face in paying for their
monthly home loan.

They will be subjected to loud scoldngs in a interrogatting manners by
HDB officers on why he did not have a job, and why not paying the
loan. This scoldings happened in 2004 or 2005, in which everyone
waiting in queue saw and heard what happened to that family man.

The letter published was saying the man was treated like CID
criminals. As these people liked to threathen and behave like little
lkys, the behaviours on them will lead them into loss of dignity,
immobilised inferiority, and self-worth.

This is no wonder, foreigners like Taiwanese, hongkongers, japanese,
and the Ang mos observed and noticed that Singaporeans are sissy,
subservience, cannot their thoughts congruently, cannot speak their
views, or even to offer their minds even in univeristy lessons here
and abroad.

These were bacause they had fears of losing their jobs becasue there
was no social network on unemployment and joblessness. They will fend
for themselves while the MIw and their elites care take care of their
jobs and pays.

The hardship behaviours will not go away and will ingrain on them
forever.. They will eventuate into a more stressed conditons like mood
swing, anger, self-talking, bi-polar, inferiority, reclusion,
depression, divorce, and even suicide.

In short, it is better to save the potential problem now than to wait
till it happens. There should be automatic plan by now to pay their
loans before they are exhausted by it.

Don't worry la...the 2 casinos are opening soon...........its
recession free what?........LOL.........LOL.........
