One polytechnic also outsource their entire computer services to
outsider, including the millions dollars highly secured network, so
much so tha tone day their own manager cannot logon to the network,
and she has to ask the vendor to reset for her.

They not only outsource their work, they also outsource thrit rights
and ownership. Woahahahahaha.

DBS is also the same problem. They outsource the entire computer
services to IBM. You will know why people can cheat so easily 2.1
millions dollars using cheque. Woahahahahahaha..

More outsourcing joke! HDB and Police forces also outsource their
Authority, Integrity and Rights to outside vendor!s!! Woahahahahaha!!
