They thought they are smart to set condition so that Merrill cannot
raise fund by selling shares at their original high price.
But they have forgotten it is double-sword, either way they are losing
out.

If Merill canot sell shares to raise fund, they sell their assets in
Blackrock and Bloomberg, which is like killing their golden-eggs'
goose. Tehn the Nerill's share will forever going down stay low for
the next 10 to 15 years.

So....Temasek is sure to hold on to the losing shares for the next 10
to 15 years.
