1) I am SXXXX K and would like to confirm you that HP Scanjet G3010 Photo
Scanner when used with applications like MS office 2007 and Acrobat 8 works

2) Further I regret to inform you that currently there is no patch
available to include this software in the list supported. The HP team is

I believe Singapore HP support are now outsourced to HP IXXXa, who in
turn outsource to another outsource company . Are their service standards
acceptable?
