Anyway, about license fee. Just ask this reason, if you rent an apartment
do you need to pay property tax or the landlord pay? Similarly, if you're
using cable, the cable provider should pay and you just pay for the
programme only you watch. Am I correct or not?

I remembered Mah Bow Tan once said that those with
cable TV will not have to pay for TV license. Looks like
someone stepped in and over-ruled him.
