The bull run is at tail end. Stocks and dollar will crash and sink. IR

SINGAPORE: Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will relinquish his
appointment as
Finance Minister from 1 December.

Second Finance Minister Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam will be appointed as
the
Finance Minister, said a statement from the Prime Minister's Office.

PM Lee has held the finance portfolio since 2001.
