If it is NOT illegal, what is there to quibble about.
Ren Ci has a huge reserved fund and they are able
to grant the loan for setting up a sister business which
is controlled by Ming Yi (they have direct control).

It is like SIA setting up a budget carrier and having
its executive on the board to ensure the interest
of SIA is looked after)

I am still not sure if the loan (very large) is against
the law.

Its against the law if the accounts are so broken that money literally
disappears into mid air when borrower and lender figures differ. Thats
called accounting fraud.
