Not that I support the Burmese generals but the latest ASEAN, UN,
American and European concerns and expression of outrage are
very superficial and unsubstantial since no sanctions were introduced
when America and NATO killed hundreds of thousands of Afghans
and Iraqis. Even when Israel pounded Lebanon and killed thousands
including UN personnel there were no sanctions and yet now the
combined pretence of outrage is so outrageous.
