Yes its partly true

Australia is spending 722 million disguised as aid for bird flu

BUT its as usual , simply another way to install USA under cover
agents deep inside all countries so as to be able to move more easily
into any area as and when required by releasing bird flu in areas they
wish to take over control for USA / Israel


As well as destroying the food supply in all countries in the world so
they can starve people into submission when its their turn to be
invaded and receive a USA puppet government

Australia is a puppet of USA / Israel and does nothing unless ordered
to by their masters in Washington
