Mah Bow Tan claimed that no body dispute his claimed
fact that there is enough supply of houses over the next
few years.
How can this be.
In total he claimed that there are plan for about 56,000 new
homes. Of these about 30,000+ remain to be sold.
Last year the government dished out 56,000 PRs. The plan
is to continue this for the next few years. Just from this demand
alone is over 100,000. So where is his claim that there are
enough homes over the next few years ?
