If the housing loan is from the bank, gone case. If the loan is from HDB, can still bargain. BTW, how long has the relative of your employee stay in that five room flat ? He lost $20,000/=. If he has stayed for three years and treated as rental, the rental would be $555 a month. Not too bad !
