Is ASEAN constituted for fun and for show only? Is the ASEAN spirit thrown
down the drain when member countries could not stand each other? When
there is obvious benefits, we cooperate and when it is to our
disadvantage, we treat each other as enemies. Is this the spirit that was
enshrined in the grouping? The way member nations such as Indonesia,
Malaysia and Thailand are behaving, how about disbanding. It is so
hypocritical. However, I do realise that to survive in this world, looks
like we have to hypocritical and pretend everything is well and SMILE.
This is possibly the meaning of politics. And it stinks.
