So in a way the fortunes are heading back to SEA again. So
the Singapore prospects looks quite good now.

Investors don't put the money on the basis of pollution..
Then places like Hawaii, Fiji, Maldives,..should be
flooded with investments.
Why investors chose China, ....it is the huge market,
the cheap labour, the educated workers, the
pro-investment policy, the success of those who
invested in China.....
JB, Indonesia, SEA including Singapore cannot
compete with China.
Factories relocating out of China, back to SEA.....???
