Re: Difference between democracy and dictatorship

There was a joke in Mad magazine about the difference between communism
and democracy (okay, it's a really old copy!) which goes something
like:

In communism, man exploits man. In democracy, it's the other way
round!

I guess it applies for a dictorship as well, just substitute communism
with dictorship :)
