Let's say you have outstanding arrears/tax to pay-up to these Gov's
agencies

Need to pay Town Council $800
Need to pay SP outstanding $800
Need to pay IRS (property and income tax) $800
Need to pay overdue school fees $800

So, when you visit these Gov agencies to negotiate for installment
payment or flexible payment.............do you know what's the standard
reply from them, those gov servants?
