WHy not let the decision on the IR designs be decided by the public too. A
sms set up is all that is needed to gather the result of pu;lbic slection
of
it.

Why not let the population decide on it, iinstead of leaving all the
crucial
decision to the 5-ministers panel that may not the best decision to it ?
