How come you can read PSA's intentions in advance - you sleep wth Ho Ching?

If PSA bought P&O successfully, their intention is to sell it off piecesby
pieces, beginning with the American ports, then its ferry services, etc,
etc..
PSA is more interested in P&O ports in India, China and Australia.
make no difference now.
If D.P. is smart, they should just sell those American ports to some
American owners.

Now that Dubai ports' bid for P&O is stalled, shouldn't be PSA offer to
do one of these things?
1) To buy American ports off the P&O chain?
2) Go in together with DB ports
3) Or offer to manage the American ports?
I feel they have been handed a lifeline. Singapore is a trusted country
in the States and I think if we are involved, the deal will be a lot
smoother.
