Rubbish.
The hospital then may not be air-conditioned
but they are up to world standards. The doctors
were definitely of much better calibre.
The pap continued with the heavy medical
subsidies until Goh Chok Tong did a re-organisation
of the medical system and he came up with this
medisave a/c.
Goh Chok Tong is the man who robbed Singaporeans
of their heavily subsidised medical inherited from the
British.
