Anybody had noticed that they actually try to reduce your download speed to
only 1000 instead of 2000? I dont know about the higher bandwidth ones like
6500 and 30000. But I noticed that it max out at 1% constantly when I looked
at the Task Manager Network Performance. Based on network interface of 100,
isnt this exactly 1000, or about 1024 in real term? My gut feeling only. We
have to be aware of these establishment trying to shortchange customers
without customer knowing it. Remember most peopel are not IT literate or
technology literate.
