I this case, it would be best to go to MOM for the payment of salary. Make
sure that you first serve the notice accordingly so that they cannot put it
up in the challenge.
In most contracts, it is stated that "Either Party Has The Right To Give 1
Month Notice Or 1 Month Salary In Lieu". Also inform CPF Board regarding the
payment of the Employer's & Employee's contribution to CPF but you did not
receive the salary.
Remember that the Employer pays X% (I cannot remember the number) and the
Employee pays 20% to CPF.
Speak to MOM first before you get a lawyer to look into this case (Could
save you lots of money if MOM can fix this situation for you). Have all your
proper documents ready for presentation (Letter of Resignation, bank account
etc..etc..).
