You must have miss the budget speech by BG Lee in May 2005. Didn't the
government raise budget for immigration authority by so many % in order to
catch GST cheater, meat smugglers or cigarettes sellers ?

Actually the best way to stop the causeway jam is to raise toll surcharge to
S$20 per vehicle entering JB during public holidays, weekends and other peak
traffic conditions while scrapping the 3/4 fuel tank rule.
