If you take off all the ministers wages, I am sure the figure would've been much lower.

Although the average Singapore worker salary is S$3200 a month, according to MOM report, and include CPF +++ into its calculations, if one is to remove the top 10% to 15% extremely high wage earners, (those S$20,000 a month), the average wage of a Singapore worker actually falls to only S$1700 a month.
In addition, more than 300,000 workers earned less than S$1500 a month, similar to a Polish worker wages.
And there are no social security, no welfare benefits, no unemployment insurance, no nothing.
Even in Poland, their government provides social security and some benefits.
Singapore is a 1st world country exploiting 3rd world labour and wages, including its own citizen.
Foreigners should beware when they work in Singapore.
This is a rich country with many poor people, it is just they don't see it.
