you can sue them for $2 to compensate for your time wasted in reading the unwanted message lor! small claims tribunal, i think must pay $10 at least, to get back your $2.
if you are big shot like CEO of a super big coperation, your time very precious - even 1 minute of your time worf $20 000, then hor, you can go to subordinate court sue for $20 000. but then hor, you must pay lawyer fee, plus judge also must be paid - this come from tax. if every body like this sue here sue there, then need more judge, rai? then hor, tax increase lor! then we all pay and pay lor!

Just received an unsolicited SMS from 76767, message reads:
"NETS Rewards Sale @ Gain City Tampines & Ang Mo Kio,blah, blah,blah...... To unsubscribe, reply<2unsub>"
I don't want to waste money replying to their unsolicited SMS, (it already cost me to receive the stupid SMS), so should I make a police report against these buggers? There's a neighborhood police post on my way home, and they have nice air-conditioned offices with broadband internet access. Is there a relevant Statute or Act I can quote?
